Little Adventure posted at 10:01 PM

Holidays are finally here and shoots are over.
Come friday, all the worries of school will be lifted off our shoulders and the lights in our heart will be reignited. I've returned to Blogger out of the need for me to rant about my day to day adventures. Tumblr distracts me with its glitzy purty pictures and funny posts everytime I'm on my dashboard.

Anyway, I cannot be more elated that the holidays are finally here. It has been an exhausting and demanding academic year  and this break cannot be more appropriate. I went on a little adventure around Singapore today all set in my tie-dye shirt and armed with the fisheye camera Imah has lent me since last year.

1. Left home at 12.30pm
2. Took 197 stopped at Eu Tong Sen Street. Realised that this was not the part of Chinatown I wanted to go. I keep walking on.
3. Within half an hour of walking, I ended up at Clarke Quay -_-
4. Made my way to Beach Road hoping to find some cheapo vintage stuff but it was to no avail. My hopes to savour beancurd were also dashed.
5. My legs decided to give in to my tummy. Decided to go back to Arab/Bussorah Street to eat Maggie Goreng. The service at Sultan@Bussorah was terrible. My food was served late, the quantity was pathetic and they gave me the wrong drink.
6. I contemplated on whether to go home or continue with my exploring. Little India beckoned me and I decided to continue my journey.
7. On my way to Little India, there was the Thieves' Market at Sungei Road. Over there, I saw the most hipster girl to exist. I was not able to take a photo of her but in my effort to lessen the wordy nature of my blog, I have drawn her.

HER NECKLACE OMG.

8. Finally reached Little India HOOOOORAYYY! There were quite a handful of quaint churches surrounding the vicinity and the amount of culture over there, was really just.....unf.
9. MUSTAFA CENTRE! I believe the final destination for the adventure today was actually the highlight. Mustafa centre is freaking huge and guess what I got?

And that pretty much wraps up my little adventure. I promise myself that this blog shall be less wordy. I'll upload the photos from my little adventure pretty soon.
