Here is my second attempt at making a mix. I felt a jolt of inspiration to try to make my life better today after what happened last night. Well, baby steps, at least.

I had the longest conversation about life, with a really old friend. A friend who wanted to take it upon her own life last night. I can't thank god enough for how last night ultimately ended and whatever lesson both of us took home out of that conversation.

She shared, "The soul desires, the heart feels, the mind thinks and the body acts". Stay strong dear friends, dying is never an option for anything.
